The best vanilla ice cream

Like many people, I like vanilla ice cream. I've done since I was a child. So no wonder it is the recipe of an ice cream that I like to do above all others. The interesting thing is that even with the same recipe, the results are never 100% identical. Most people probably wouldn't notice the difference, but when you have done and tasted like vanilla ice much as I, even a small difference can stand.

My latest batch of homemade vanilla ice cream was one of the best I've ever done ... No, I'm not be presumptuous ... asking my family, everyone has said before me:

Here are 2 pictures of it.

The first (above) was taken after a couple of scoop of service at my favorite penny lick glass and the second (out in the garden, then light) after you put a ball in an ice cream cone and sprinkled of several hundred thousands atop. delicious!

I tried to work out why it was so good, and the only thing I can give is that maybe the quality vanilla pod used was a bit special somehow. Only the taste of vanilla in the ice cream that day seemed to be stronger and more aromatic.

Well, what was, I hope that I can do it again next time! labels: ice cream cone of 1 million dollars, homemade ice cream, ice cream maker, vanilla, vanilla pod
