Sonic sauce-too hot for ice cream!

Today we spent a beautiful couple hours in the company of two very dear friends-Shirley and Don (don't forget their Tina Jack Russell!)

We sat in the Sun in summer outside enjoying what is always great and fun conversation, but to add joy, Don brought an array of "nibbles", which included some super cheeses, oatcakes, a bowl of homemade Russian salad and a big plate of tortilla chips. Li has shown in the table, Don has proudly announced that we had to try some of his depressions in home with tortilla chips. He placed on the table two bowls of cali more colourful, that you have ever seen in your life! Here are:

One was a hot chili dip, sweet and others ... Well, he didn't give it a name. Has challenged us to guess what it was. I tasted carefully ... There was definitely some fruit there somewhere along with a strong taste of mint and, Yes, mustard, although not strong.Clearly enjoying our guess, Don smiled and then revealed that the fruit thereof was of mango and Dijon mustard. alongside these and Mint was a little caraway, then the fabulous color color that complimented the mangoes. Was delicious-mite still spicy, mint and fruity!

We came out after having enjoyed an afternoon of super-but still none the wiser as for the name of the dip sauce creamy yellow. Thus, Shirley and Don competences in technology and sonic horns are fundamental ingredients of dip mango, mint * and mustard ... I'm going to call the plunging of Sonic 3 M.

* If you like mint, I have a mint ice cream recipe great-not that recommends that use the plunge of 3 M with it!
